As Executive Vice President of Information Technology, I am responsible for enterprise operations within IT, including infrastructure, facilities coordination, hardware and software procurement, cybersecurity vendors, Microsoft licensing, and third-party service providers that support our operational footprint. Over a decade of growth—including new warehouse construction, facility expansions, technology refresh cycles, and operational scaling—our organization required vendors that could operate reliably within live, always-on logistics environments.
