Apple Business Partner

Servall is an authorized Apple service centre and the closest to my home in Woodbridge, Ont. However they will now be my go to for any repairs as they exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I went to them to repair my iPhone that I badly damaged and all staff that I dealt with were kind, knowable and ready to offer support and answers to my non-tech self. They never rushed me, always tried to accommodate within reason and my entire experience was incredible. Not to mention that my phone looks and works as good as new! I had my iPhone battery replaced by Servall Canada, and the experience was excellent. Communication via email was clear and fast, being connected with the tech working on your device made the whole process smooth. Dorothy at the front desk was extremely helpful! I dropped off the phone Tuesday and had it back by Friday before closing. The loaner phone they provided was super helpful during the wait. My phone now feels brand new and is running perfectly. Overall, amazing service...quick, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend!

The team at Servall worked with me to put together a new computer package for my photography hobby. They not only beat Apple’s price, but gave me a generous offer for my old Apple computer as a trade-in. What was really special was the IT service that Umberto provided. He went above and beyond expectations to look after all of the little details and more, even after the sale and installation were completed. Kerri was excellent in coordinating and resolving problems as they arose. Staff are very friendly and willing to please.

I had cracked my IPhone screen & brought it in to Servall. I did not have to wait very long for the drop off and the turn around time for the repair was quick. I am so glad there is a much better alternative than having to venture out to an Apple store for repairs. The customer service was exceptional! I would highly recommend using their service!
